Programs 2005

July/August
We will not be having meetings during July and August, we have decided to do Hope Pin workshops. This way, come September, we will not have to rush to get pins ready for Linda Creed, Breast Cancer month, etc.
We have planned 3 meetings:
-Tuesday, July 12
-Saturday, July 23
-Saturday, August 6
We will meet from 10-3 at Robin Levenberg's house. Please bring a bagged lunch and a snack to share with the group. Beverages will be supplied. As many of you know, this is really a fun time. While we work with a "sweat shop" mentality, this is an opportunity to sit, chat and sew together.

Karoline Wallace will do a presentation on the Internet for Quilters; resources, shopping safely, searching and navigating the web, and much more.

Emily Richardson, a well-known Philadelphia quiltmaker, will be presenting a slide show of her work.

The scheduled March 2006 speaker, Diane Pieri, will be showing her gouache paintings at the Rosenfeld Gallery, 113 Arch Street, through June 26, 2005. The show opening is Sunday, June 5, 12-5PM.
