Hope Pins

We began making unique foundation pieced pins for the Linda Creed Breast Cancer Foundation about seven years ago, totaling a contribution of about $16,000. The original design for the paper-pieced pin came from HSQ member Gretchen Schroeder. To date, we've made and sold about 2,100 pins.

As of 2007, we are supporting Living Beyond Breast Cancer, "a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering all women affected by breast cancer to live as long as possible with the best quality of life." To date, we have donated $1,000 from pin proceeds.
