Announcing the Gala Grand Opening of the Lonni Rossi Fabric Design Studio and Art Quilt Galery!

The Main Line will be introduced to something out of the ordinary on Friday October 3rd.
Lonni Rossi, a local and nationally-known fiber artist and fabric designer, will kick off her “Fiber First! Fridays in Ardmore” with a spectacular display of art quilts by internationally-known artist, Carol Taylor of Pittsford, NY. Ms. Taylor’s “Gong” Series and her new “Arc-I-Texture” Series will be presented in the new gallery, located at 70 Rittenhouse Place, Ardmore, PA. On display will be some of Lonni’s own art quilts and handpainted fabrics.

The featured artist in the new gallery in October is Carol Taylor. Carol is an accomplished and prolific quiltmaker, whose work has appeared in numerous national and international juried exhibitions, publications and galleries across the country. Carol approaches her quilt making with intensity and a seemingly boundless energy. Vibrant colors, striking contrasts, use of value, as well as heavy machine quilting and embroidery distinguish Carol’s quilts. She has created over 350 quilts since she began quilting in 1993.
