Hospitality Committee

Just a reminder for all of us - when it is your turn to bring refreshments to the meeting, please be at the church 20 minutes earlier to help set up. Meetings with a speaker will require 30 minutes for set up. Help is also needed after the meeting to return the room to its original order. If you are not able to take your turn at the appointed meeting, please find another member to do so. Please let the Hospitality Committee know who will be taking your place.
